1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1/8 tsp. coconut extract
3 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. Irish whiskey or bourbon

Blend one minute. Bottle, store in refrigerator. Ready to drink immediately.
