RHUBARB LEMONADE PUNCH
 

2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen rhubarb (3 c. fresh)
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 c. water
2 (7 oz.) bottles (about 2 c.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

In saucepan, combine the rhubarb, sugar, frozen lemonade concentrate and water.

Cover and cook about 20 minutes, or until rhubarb is very soft. Strain to remove pulp. Chill the liquid.

Just before serving, pour rhubarb-lemonade mixture over ice cubes in a punch bowl. Carefully pour in lemon lime carbonated beverage. Makes 12 servings.
