3/4 c. yogurt 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 c. seedless grapes 1 c. strawberries 1 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger 1 c. blueberries 1 c. cantaloupe chunks In a small bowl beat together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, ginger and vanilla. Chill. In a large bowl combine the blueberries, grapes, cantaloupe and strawberries. When ready to serve, fold in enough dressing to lightly coat fruit. Serves 4. |
