1 (6 oz.) can frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate 3/4 c. light rum (juice can full) 1 med. banana, cut up 2 tbsp. lime juice 2 1/2 c. ice cubes In blender, combine concentrate, rum, banana, and lime juice. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and blend until slushy. Pour into stemmed cocktail glasses. Garnish with additional banana slices, if desired. Makes 4 (6 ounce) servings. |
