2 tbsp. unsalted butter
11 oz. full cooked ham steak (1/4 inch thick)
1/3 c. mandarin orange
3 tbsp. frozen grapefruit juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mandarin orange
1/8 tsp. leaf rosemary
Melt butter in large skillet 2 minutes on each side. Stir orange juice, grapefruit juice, cornstarch, mustard, pepper, rosemary in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into skillet. Cook over high heat, whisking constantly until bubbly and thick. Remove from heat and stir in orange segments. Pour over ham steak and keep hot.
