STEAMED PORK CHOPS
 

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops. Brown in skillet and remove grease. Cover pork chops with a layer of sliced potatoes and a layer of onions. Cover with can of cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1 cup milk. Steam for 30 minutes. This may be steamed in the oven in a casserole.
