2 lbs. pork cut into pieces 4 tbsp. cooking oil 1 clove garlic smashed 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper corn 1 bay leaf 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. shoyu 1 c. water Cook pork in oil until brown. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a wok or fry pan and add the pork. Simmer for one hour over medium heat until pork is tender and the liquid turns into a fatty sauce. |
