2 to 3 lb. eye-of-round roast of beef 5 to 8 cloves 1 med. onion 1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon Salt & pepper Cinnamon Stud roast with cloves. Slice onion over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle beef bouillon over roast. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roast at 225 degrees for 3 hours. Marvelous hot. |
