ITALIAN MEAT BALLS
 

1 lb. chuck
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 average onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients, form into meat balls. Brown in skillet and drop into your favorite Italian sauce to simmer. Serve over spaghetti.
