1/2 lb. lean ground beef 2 tbsp. wheat germ 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts 1 green onion, chopped 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 6 avocado slices 2 hamburger buns, split Combine beef, wheat germ, walnuts and green onions. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Preheat browning dish. Place patties on dish and cook on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Turn patties over and cook on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over patties and cook on High, 1 minute, or until cheese begins to melt. Place patties on buns, top with avocado slices and serve. Serves 2. |
