STANDING RIB ROAST
 

Bring any size rib roast to room temperature. Place on a shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR! Let stand at least 2 hours. Roast at 375 degrees for 35 minutes for rare, 45 minutes for medium and 50 minutes for well done.
