1 pkg. (12 oz.) Gorton's fish market fresh frozen perch fillets 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 can mushroom soup 1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange fillets in center of ungreased rectangular baking dish 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Rinse broccoli, separate and drain. Arrange around fillets. Sprinkle with salt. Mix milk and soup, pour over fillets and broccoli. Bake uncovered until fillets flake easily with a fork, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with onions, bake 5 extra minutes. 4 servings. |
