1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can milk Bite size cooked lamb, may use chicken pork 1 c. raw rice, cooked Garnishes: Hard boiled eggs, ground yolks and chopped whites separated Toasted almonds Toasted coconut Raisins Crumbled crisp bacon Melt butter and add curry powder. Stir over moderate heat for a few minutes to bring out flavor and aroma. Add soup and milk; blend well. Add cooked lamb; heat through. Serve over cooked white rice. Add garnishes as desired.
