2 double loin chops or 4 double rib chops 1/4 c. dry white wine 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. horseradish mustard (use Gold's dijon for a lighter flavor) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper Mix white wine, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper together in small bowl. Place lamb chops in broiler; cook from 6 to 10 minutes each side, depending on size and degree of doneness required. Basting every 2 minutes with the mixture. |
