2 lbs. lamb steak or lamb chops 3 tbsp. cooking oil 6 tbsp. lemon juice 1 onion (minced or chopped in sm. pieces) 1 tsp. salt Combine oil, lemon juice, onion and salt; pour over lamb and let stand 1-2 hours. Drain lamb and place 4 inches below moderate broiler heat and broil about 10-12 minutes, turning several times. Broil longer for chops or steaks well done. |
