Eye round roast, sirloin tip roast or whatever
mixed up salt seasoning

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Cook roast uncovered, 5 minutes per pound. Turn oven off and leave roast 1 1/2 hours. Do not peek. Slice for a medium rare roast. Place in oven partially thawed. Delicious.
