GARDEN PORK CHOPS
 

6 pork chops
Goya adobo, oil and vinegar mixed (to taste)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 onion (sliced)
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. can petit-pois
1 sm. can mixed vegetables
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can string beans

1. Rub the pork chops with adobo oil, vinegar and garlic mixture. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

2. Fry each pork chop for 4-5 minutes on each side.

3. Add the onion rings, tomato sauce, bay leaf, salt and sugar to the fry pan.

4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes under medium flame.

5. At the end, add the vegetables and cook for 20 more minutes, approximately.
