SWEET & SOUR PORK
 

4-5 lb. Boston Butt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 can crushed pineapple (use 1/3 c. juice & 2 tbsp. pineapple)
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Cook pork in crock pot 16 hours. Remove fat and set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Blend cornstarch into water and gradually add to sauce. Simmer until thickened. Add pork to sauce and heat thoroughly.
