LAMB NOODLES
 

1 pkg. Manicotti noodles
3/4 lb. lamb (leftover roast or burger, ground)
1 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. spinach, well drained
1 raw egg
1 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. dry onion-mushroom soup mix

Grind cooked meat; add onion, spinach, egg, rice, 1 can of soup, garlic salt, and mix well. Stuff noodles.

Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 package of dry soup mix with 1 cup water. Pour over noodles. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
