4 veal chops, 3/4" thick 1/4 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 tsp. dried oregano Trim chops well of fat. Dip chops into tomato juice and then into crushed corn flakes. Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake in a 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serve with lemon slices. Serves 4. |
