1 c. water 1 c. barbecue sauce 2 c. ketchup 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. sweet pickle juice or vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Heat above ingredients to boiling and stir constantly until sugar melts. Place 4 pounds country style spare ribs in shallow roasting pan or 9x13 cake pan. Cover ribs with the above sauce. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. |
