1 (16 oz.) pkg. Creamettes
1 lb. cooking sausage (bulk)
1 jar Cheez Whiz

Boil Creamettes and brown sugar. Drain Creamettes and return to pan, add the Cheez Whiz until cheese is melted. Drain pan with sausage in and add the sausage to the macaroni and cheese. Put in a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Buttered bread cubes on top are optional.
