BAKED WHOLE SIRLOIN ROAST
 

Rub meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put in preheated oven, 315 degrees, and let cook for 1 1/2 hours.

Pour 1 can beef consomme soup over meat and cook 1 hour, then add 1 can beef onion soup. Every 25 to 30 minutes you should dip up broth and pour over the meat.

Cook approximately 25 minutes per pound or longer if you want it to be completely done. 25 minutes to the pound will be medium done. (A little red inside but done on the outside.)
