2 1/2 to 3 lbs. finger ribs 6 tbsp. catsup 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp. water 4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. white sugar 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. dry mustard or regular mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. red pepper Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs in baking pan or large casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. May cut recipe in half or make more according to how many ribs you have. |
