CRANBERRY - BURGUNDY GLAZED HAM
 

10-14 lb. cooked ham
Whole cloves, optional
1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. burgundy wine
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Place ham fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Score fat in diamond pattern (stud with whole cloves, if desired). Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

In saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, burgundy or cooking wine and mustard. Simmer uncovered, for 5 minutes. During last 30 minutes of baking time for ham, spoon half of cranberry glaze over ham. Pass remaining as sauce. Makes 2-3 cups.
