BAKED HAM STEAK

1 center cut ham steak (2-3" thick)
Brown sugar
Dry mustard
1 sm. can Pet milk

Hand pack ham with mustard and brown sugar. Place in heavy skillet. Cover with Pet milk. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours, until ham is fork tender.
