OVEN BAKED POT ROAST
 

3-4 lb. chuck
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3-4 potatoes, cut into quarters
4 carrots, cut into chunks
1 stalk celery, cut into pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in casserole with cover. Sprinkle onion soup over meat. Bake covered 2 to 2 1/2 hours, add vegetables. Cover and bake another hour.
