STUFFED BURGERS
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. chili seasoning
Bacon, crisply cooked
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Jalapeno pepper slices
Sour cream
Green onions, sliced

Toast hamburger buns. Combine beef and egg and chili seasoning. Divide into 8 pieces and shape each into a thin patty. Top 4 patties with 1 tablespoon cheese and 3 pepper slices. Cover with remaining patties, seal edges of patties. Grill over medium coals or heat, about 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Place on toasted bun, top with sour cream.
