CHICKEN SALSA MELT

boneless skinless chicken breasts - as many as needed to feed the family
jar of salsa, any kind
sliced cheese (Pepper Jack or Provolone) (2 slices per breast)
your favorite spices for chicken

Season the chicken with seasoned salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. A pinch of hot pepper, sage and paprika, if you like it, or any other of your favorite herbs.

Grill or sauté (in skillet) the chicken breasts until juice no longer runs pink.

Place breasts on a buttered or oil baking sheet after cooked. Spoon salsa over top of the chicken. Place cheese on top of the salsa and broil chicken in oven until cheese is melted.

Remove, serve, and enjoy.
