1 pkg. ground turkey
2 pkg. draw fun noodles, boiled
Chopped celery or green beans
2 grated carrots
1 piece grated ginger
Chopped garlic
Sesame oil
Green onions
Bean sprouts, optional
1/4 tsp. sugar
Saute ground turkey with garlic, ginger, sesame oil and some shoyu to taste.
When cooked, add cooked noodles and mix. Add carrots and celery and green beans. Cook for a few minutes. Season with more shoyu and sugar. Add bean sprouts if desired. Garnish with green onions.
