STEAK TIPS OVER NOODLES
 

2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Dredge strips of steak in flour and place in baking pan. Cover with onions, add bouillon cubes and sprinkle meat with salt and pepper as desired. Cover and cook until meat is tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.

To form a gravy add water and can of mushrooms to pan. Return to oven, stirring occasionally until gravy is formed. Serve over cooked noodles.
