SPINACH STUFFED ROASTER
 

1 Perdue oven stuffer roaster
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Paprika

Remove giblets. Wash roaster inside and out; pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine spinach, onion and bread crumbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stuff roaster; tie legs together and fold wings back. Rub butter over entire roaster and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Roast at 350 degrees F. basting with pan juices. Bird is ready when the thermometer pops.
