1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Swiss cheese
1 sm. pkg. frozen spinach, thaw
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 deep dish pie crust (9 inch), frozen
4 eggs
2 c. heavy cream or half & half
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Salt and pepper

Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, spinach, and mushroom. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into pie plate; cook, uncovered, in 370 degree oven for 45 minutes or until firm and browned. Munch out!!
