14 slices stale white bread, remove crusts
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 lb. bacon or sausage, partly pre-cooked
6 eggs
3/4 - 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 - 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1 c. chopped green onions
2 c. cubed baked ham (opt.)
Chopped parsley

In 9"x13" Pyrex, cover bottom of pan with bread squares. Layer bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onion, ham and parsley. Pour melted butter over all. Mix following and pour over layers: 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees until set.
