1 lb. browned hamburger (no salt) 1 med. onion, diced 2 c. diced celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. raw rice 1 1/2 c. water 4 tbsp. soy sauce Mix together. Bake 45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Then add 1 cup chow mein noodles on top. Bake additional 30 minutes uncovered. |
