1 pie crust, uncooked 1 1/4 c. milk 1 c. grated cheese 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Dash of pepper 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 1 lg. onion, browned 1 c. vegetables (spinach, zucchini, or broccoli) or seafood (crab or lobster) Combine ingredients. Add 1 cup vegetables or seafood. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven to 300 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. |
