2 lbs. chicken drumettes 1 (6 oz.) bottle Durkee red hot sauce 2 sticks butter 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix 2 c. flour Flour chicken and fry for 20 minutes or half done. Heat butter, dry Italian mix and hot sauce together. Drain chicken and dip each piece in sauce. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes on 325 degrees. Serve with ranch dressing. |
