2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 (15 oz.) tomato sauce 2 (12 oz.) tomato paste 1 (7 1/2 oz.) ripe pitted olives 2 (1 1/2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix 3 c. water 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. oregano 2 cloves garlic 1 bay leaf 16 oz. spaghetti Grated Parmesan Cook and stir meat, onion and pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and Parmesan. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cook spaghetti. Serve with meat sauce. Pass the Parmesan. |
