1 med. head cabbage 1 lb. hamburger 1 chopped onion 1/2 c. rice, uncooked 1 (15 oz.) can tomato soup 1 can water 1 (15 oz.) can tomato juice Chop cabbage into small pieces. Put in casserole. Brown hamburger, onion, clove of garlic (optional) - not too brown, then mix in rice, tomato soup, water, tomato juice; pour over cabbage. Cover casserole. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir lightly. |
