2 frozen pie crusts 1 pkg. mild sausage 16 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. hot mustard 7 eggs 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt Cook and drain sausage. Split and put in bottom of uncooked pie crusts. Grate, mix cheese; split and put on top of sausage. Mix eggs, mustard, sour cream and salt. Pour on top of cheese. Cook in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Great for company and perfect for brunch! |
