STEAK MARINADE
 

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. olive oil

Prick steak with fork and pour over steak, letting sit (covered) in refrigerator 2 hours. Turn steaks and let sit 2 more hours or overnight. Baste steak with marinade when broiling.
