OKLAHOMA TACOS AND FLOUR SHELLS
 

3 lb. roast meat
3 pkg. taco seasoning
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. broth
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Crisco
Water

Salt and pepper meat. Place in baking pan, pour in water. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Roast will fall apart. Place meat, butter, taco seasoning and 1 cup broth in electric skillet on 200 degrees. Simmer for 20 minutes.

SHELLS: Mix flour, salt and just enough water to baking dough. Roll out small balls of dough as thin as possible but still be able to pick it up. Trim shell into a circle and dip in hot Crisco.
