SPAGHETTI SAUCE
 

2 to 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (18 oz.) can tomato paste
2 to 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 to 3 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Optional ingredients: onion, mushrooms or chopped, canned tomato

Brown ground beef; drain well. Add tomato paste and water according to can. Combine all ingredients and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot spaghetti. Sauce is also good layered with lasagna noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
