1 lb. ground beef or venison
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheese, grated

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2-quart flat baking dish. Cook meat and onion until brown. Place in baking dish after draining fat off. Stir in salt and pepper. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
