1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 1/2 c. onions, browned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheese (any type)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix

Brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Grease tin. Bake at 400 degrees.
