1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef, browned 1 c. uncooked rice 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water 1 c. sliced onion tops or sliced onion Crumble meat in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with rice and soup mix. Blend water and mushroom soup. Scatter onions over top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
