ENCHILADAS
 

Brown 1 lb. ground beef.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. powdered green onion dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 can water
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
1 sm. can chopped green chiles

Mix all together until cheese melts. Soften 18 tortillas in hot oil. Place meat in tortillas, roll and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over them. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
