1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. adobo seasoning (oriental seasoning) 2 cloves garlic Chicken - 1 cut-up fryer
Add all ingredients together in pot. Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 1 hour. Cut up four carrots into quarters and place on top of chicken. Serve over white rice.
