1 1/4 lb. beef sirloin, cubed 1 c. wine (red or white) 1 c. oil 1 chopped onion 3 tomatoes or 8 cherry tomatoes 2 sliced onions (wedges) 2 wedged green peppers Marinate meat at least 2 hours in wine, oil, and onion. Saute pepper and onion wedges. String meat, tomato, onion, pepper on skewer. Grill 15 minutes, turning frequently. Serves 4. |
