STEAK KEBABS
 

2 lb. sirloin tip steak, cut into 1 1/2 in. cubes
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. chili sauce (or barbecue)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped

Mix marinade, pour over steak cubes and refrigerate overnight. Thread on skewers, alternating with desired vegetables, such as small onions, green pepper squares, fresh mushrooms. Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
